Covid-19 Response

As an in-person LIVE event, the health and safety of event delegates is paramount and will take a leading role in all aspects of the 2021 Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum.  Our team will continue to follow guidelines recommended by health officials and work extensively with in-destination partners to incorporate safety measures.

Caesars Entertainment has implemented a Covid19 Meetings & Events Health and Safety Protocols response, which includes detailed guidelines and protocols followed by all branded properties, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas.  To learn more, click here: Covid-19 Protocols

Below are additional action items we plan to take (though this will evolve and can change as we progress toward the event):

  • Meeting room layouts will look different, incorporating physical distancing to reduce risk and promote health within the environment.
  • Networking events with seating will be structured with limited table/seat capacity and appropriate spacing for social distancing.
  • There will no longer be self-serve type of buffets.
  • Event credentials will be distributed electronically (where applicable).
  • Exhibitors will be encouraged to provide information digitally as follow-up.
  • Floor decals incorporating physical distancing and traffic flow on the tradeshow floor.
  • Mask wearing will be enforced throughout event happenings.
  • Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.
