When and where is the Travel Agent Forum?

The Travel Agent Forum is scheduled to take place September 26– 29, 2021 at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada.

What are the hotel rates & how can I book my hotel reservation?

The hotel rates for registered travel agents are $124 per night plus a $32 daily Resort Fee and 12% local tax.  A one-night non-refundable deposit is required to book your reservation in the room block.  The hotel booking link is included in the confirmation email that you receive when your registration payment has been processed.  


 

What is included in my registration?

Registration offers a one-stop shop opportunity, complete with access to the educational conference program, sponsored sessions, roundtable product presentations*, the tradeshow and any official event offered networking/meal functions.  Please note, roundtable presentations are product specific and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the event attire?

Business casual attire is recommended.

Is the educational conference program going to cover topics relevant to my needs?

The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum offers a robust selection of educational sessions for travel advisors at all levels of their career.  There is truly something for everyone.  You can check-out session offerings on our Event Schedule web page.

Do I need to register in advance for educational sessions?

As we get closer to the event, you will have the opportunity to RSVP for individual sessions.  Once the educational session details are confirmed you will receive a link to Sched to sign up for the sessions you’d like to attend. This allows Event Management to have a better understanding of interest in specific topics, however, if you opt to take part in an alternate session, this will be permitted.

Do I pre-register for my roundtable choices?

As we get closer to the event, you will be required to select which Roundtable room you’d like to participate in.  Roundtable rooms are product specific and offer limited seating.  We cannot guarantee availability should you wish to change your selection once submitted.

Am I eligible to win prizes?

Many exhibitors may opt to take part in our official prize program, though this is not mandatory.  You will be provided with a ticket to submit on the tradeshow floor (location tba) before Wednesday at Noon.  Prizes provided in partnership with our Official Prize Program will be drawn at the close of the tradeshow on Wednesday.  You must be present to win. There may be exhibitors that opt to host a private prize drawing, and eligibility and selection will be at their discretion.

What is the Travel Agent Select Program?

The Travel Agent Select program is an application based hosted program.  The advisor must meet certain qualifications to be approved.  The applicant must be a full-time travel advisor with a healthy book of business and will need to provide three industry references. 

Can I bring a guest to the Forum?

No, only paid attendees may access the event.  This includes the nighttime networking receptions as well as the exhibit floor.
