Exhibitors can break down their booth space at the end of the trade show no earlier than 12:30 PM Monday, April 3.

Sample Booth Setup

Here is an example of what a typical booth package in the Forum looks like. Each booth comes standard with carpeted booth space, one 6′ Draped Table, 2 Chairs, Wastebasket and a 7″ x 44″ Company ID Sign.

Speaker Opportunities

Would you like to be considered for a speaking opportunity at our upcoming show? If you have a presentation that would fit our Travel Agent audience and feel it would make a good fit, please fill out the Call for Speaker form and we will review your request.

Exhibitor Email Blast

All Pre-Event Emails must be received by Friday, March 3rd and will be scheduled.  Any received after this time, may be scheduled for post-show distribution.  Specifications are listed below, please email all to Scott@TravelSMG.com.

Submit a Prize

Gain added exposure when you submit a prize to be given away at the end of the last day of the trade show. Your prize will be listed on the show website, in the program directory and on show signage. You will also have an opportunity to give your own prize away if you choose to. Follow the link below to submit a prize.

Exhibitor Badges

Submit badge information for your company personnel that will be attending the Forum, these badges will allow access to the exhibit floor during set-up and exhibit hours. Exhibitors are also allowed to attend the General Session and educational seminars based on space available. Exhibitors are not allowed to attend pre-show training or meal functions as they are sponsored sessions for travel agents only.
