What is the Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum?

The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum is a B2B event designed to engage global Travel Suppliers and providers with North American Travel Agents. The Forum offers a one-stop shop trade show, educational conference program, and optional add-on packages.

Who attends the Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum?

The Forum is the largest of its kind, attracting upwards of 1,000 leisure travel agents, representing a cross-section of experience levels, specializations and more.

Who exhibits at the Las Vegas TA Forum?

The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum features nearly 300 exhibiting companies from around the globe. Exhibitors represent destinations, commissionable vacation experiences, technology and business resource providers, host agencies and other organizations critical to the success of today’s travel agent.

When and where will Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum take place?

The Forum will take place from March 30 through April 2, 2024. The actual trade show takes place on April 1 from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm and  April 2 from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm.

What package options are available for exhibitors?

The Forum is a traditional tradeshow designed for the masses. All exhibitors will occupy a booth on the tradeshow floor as part of their participation. Beyond the tradeshow, exhibiting companies have the option to purchase add-on value packages to maximize visibility.

What is included in the Booth Package?

The Booth Package is the basic package for all exhibiting companies. Offering a spot on the tradeshow floor. Booth space is sold in 10’x10’ increments (100 square feet) and comes with standard carpeting, (1) six-foot draped table; (2) chairs; (1) company identification sign; and (1) wastebasket. Additionally, exhibitors receive a listing on our event website and within the Official Show Directory, provided to all delegates at registration.

What are the benefits of the Roundtable Package?

The Roundtable Package comes with the Basic Booth Package (along with all noted inclusions). The Roundtable Package is limited in space and does fill up in advance. Each participating package holder will be assigned to a product specific room and will provide a fast-paced product presentation to roughly 15 participants at a time across 12 groups. What are the benefits of the One-to-One Package?

The One-to-One Package comes with the Basic Booth Package (along with all noted inclusions). The One-to-One Package is limited in space and does fill up in advance. The One-to-One program affords package holders the chance to conduct mutual interest one-to-one meetings with participants from our Travel Agent SELECT program, a vetted and hosted audience of top leisure travel specialists. What are the benefits of the All-Inclusive Package?

The All-Inclusive Package is inclusive of the Tradeshow booth, Roundtable, & One-to-One Meetings. Exhibitors signed-up for the All-Inclusive Package are recognized and promoted as Official Event Sponsors! This is a limited package opportunity and is filling up quickly!

What are the benefits of the Platinum Package?

The Platinum Package is our highest tiered package, inclusive of all elements (Tradeshow booth, Roundtable, One-to-One Meetings) and a commercial seminar. Exhibitors signed-up for the Platinum Package are recognized and promoted as Official Event Sponsors! This is a limited package opportunity and is filling up quickly!

What is included in exhibitor packages?

Each package option offers unique value and varies in inclusions. Please check with your sales representative on package inclusions.

How many people can attend per exhibiting company?

Each package comes with two badges for booth personnel. 

As a travel supplier, can I attend without exhibiting?

The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum is open exclusively to exhibiting companies and participating travel agents. There are a limited quantity of Non-Exhibiting Supplier Passes available. These must be pre-approved and are sold at a rate of $1,000.00 USD. Event Management strictly enforces a non-solicitation policy, including Non-Exhibiting Supplier registrants.

Do you have a block at the host hotel?

Yes, our host hotel, Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers a block for all participating exhibitors. Rates are discounted to a group rate  and are subject to local and state taxes and a property resort fee. Exhibiting companies receive a link to book accommodations directly with the host property.

Can I opt to stay off property?

While this is an option, Event Management strongly discourages exhibitors to stay off property. Most events will take place at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and transportation to any off-property functions will depart and return to our host hotel. Staying on property not only offers convenience and time-effectiveness, it is cost-effective as well. 

What do exhibitors have access to as part of participation?

Exhibitors have full access to the tradeshow and any add-on packages their company is signed-up to take part within. Exhibitors are also eligible to attend applicable networking events and based on space, are welcome to attend non-sponsored educational sessions. We do ask participating suppliers to give attending travel agents priority seating in educational sessions.

How is the Las Vegas TA Forum promoted?

In addition to our own databases of travel agents, the Forum will be promoted through preferred marketing partners, associations and consortias, trade publications and other select organizations. Collectively, the event is promoted to nearly 80,000 travel professionals.

Can I offer a prize drawing for participating travel agents?

Yes, exhibitors can opt to host their own private prize drawings from their booth. Event Management also offers a prize drawing program, where prizes are promoted and distributed at the close of the tradeshow the final day of the forum. Please note, prizes promoted and distributed through Event Management must be travel specific with a value no less than $1,000.00 (USD). Prizes are at the discretion of the exhibitor and will not be used to offset participation costs.
