Why am I just learning now that I need to be tested or show proof of vaccination?
The Covid-19 situation has proven to be fluid and with new variants emerging. In evaluating the situation daily, we have decided to take these additional steps for the safety and well-being of our delegates. Our goal is to re-activate in-person meetings and in doing so, believe it is necessary to implement these measures to minimize risk.

How can I provide proof of vaccination?
When picking-up your registration credentials at the onsite event registration area, you will be required to provide a Covid-19 vaccination card or negative test result. These credentials must be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination or test and can be displayed on your smartphone or through a physical copy. Any registrant who refuses to comply with or violate our policies, will not receive access to the event and will be asked to leave. Participation fees will not be refunded.

Can I provide proof of vaccine in advance?
While you will be asked to share in advance which form of proof you’ll be providing, you will need to provide your Covid-19 vaccination card or negative test result during the onsite event registration process. Due to privacy laws, no credentials will be collected in advance.

In compliance with current Nevada mandates, all delegates will be required to wear masks during the Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum. This includes during movement, in conference rooms, on the tradeshow floor, roundtables, one-to-one meetings and meal functions (when not eating). Masks are optional for the outdoor evening events, however, must be worn on transportation to/from Circa Hotel.

What other protocols will be in place to mitigate risk of catching Covid19?
Caesars Entertainment has implemented a Covid19 Meetings & Events Health and Safety Protocols response, which includes detailed guidelines and protocols followed by all branded properties, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas. To learn more, click here.

Will there be a testing facility available at the event?
We strongly encourage delegates to test for Covid-19 before traveling to Las Vegas (and within 72 hours of the first day of the event). Currently Las Vegas is experiencing a delay in onsite testing at their participating drug stores and medical facilities.  You may purchase an over the counter test kit from a CVS or Walgreens that allows you to download your test result to an app.  Please note these tests are not always in stock, so testing before arriving in Las Vegas is recommended.  It is the delegates responsibility to provide a negative test within the 72-hours of the first day of the event. Event Management is not responsible for any delays in receiving test results.

Is there a cost involved for testing?
Testing and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the delegate.

What are the processes in place if I begin experiencing COVID-like symptoms during the event?
If a participant has acute symptoms suggestive of Covid-19 such as fever, cough, loss of sense of smell or taste, during the Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum, they should:

Notify security as soon as possible. The Caesars Security team will assist in scheduling a Covid-19 test.

The guest must remain with Security and will be placed in a designated hotel room, in isolation, until the test results come back. Results will be available within 6 hours. UMC Hospital, will call the guest and the hotel, to provide the results.

If the test comes back positive Caesars Security team will offer the guest the ability to relocate to a facility that reserves hotel rooms for people that have tested positive for COVID-19 but who are only experiencing mild symptoms and that don’t require hospitalization. Clark County has provided for alternate lodging and basic needs for these guests to ensure they are well-cared for while visiting our community. As a service to our customer, Caesars Security Guest Services Liaison will call and make the hotel reservation for the guest as well as arrange for non-emergency ground transportation with AMR-T, our Ambulance company.

These are the protocols in place within our host property/Caesars brands. If you are not staying at the host property or staying with a different brand, we suggest you inquire at check-in about their policy. Please use precaution and avoid contact with other individuals.

If I am unable to attend due to these protocols, can I transfer my registration to next year?
If you are unvaccinated, you will be required to show proof of a negative result from a PCR or Rapid test taken within 72 hours of delegates arrival to the event. If you do not wish to test, contact the event management team via email to see if you are eligible for a future event credit.

If I am unable to attend due to these protocols, will I be refunded for my hotel deposit?
Hotel deposits will only be refunded if you are able to show proof of a positive Covid-19 test result. Test result must be dated no earlier than 72 hours of delegates departure. All other deposits will be forfeited.
